Salem is in Oregon, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Salem follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I love going to O.K. because its a locally owned business. They're always fast and friendly. Today I just needed a tire patched and it was 20 bucks and like 15 minutes. They let me know if I get tired from them the flat repair would've been free.

Fully reccomend. Breath of fresh air. Needed new tires last minute before a road trip, called and spoke to Angie--got a fairly priced set of safe tires the next day. We were concerned about quality, knowing we can't even afford mid range right now. Regardless, she made sure to reccomend a reliable economic brand. Knowing a store isn't going to carry tires they wouldn't give to their own family is such a relief, and it made me feel more secure and less embarrassed about having to skimp on a better known brand this time. In and out in maybe 30 minutes, lovely atmosphere. The service is efficient, the workers are friendly and competent, the shop is cozy and air conditioned. If you're nervous about going to shops like this to get your tires, and you want to be treated with respect as a normal person, you have to choose this shop. I've heard amazing things about this place for a while and finally stopped in. With the way other chains are being run these days, you can't beat the service and fair pricing of a local owned family business. Tires come with free rotation and flat repair, and cost breakdowns are easy to understand (even for a complete outsider like myself). Plus, they do oil

My family has been going to OK Tire on 12th street for my whole life, literally. I remember being a kid playing with toys in the corner- they still have toys in the corner for kids, and a little TV. Angie has pretty much taken it over from her dad now, and she is AMAZING. She is so kind, and she makes sure the job is done right. You never have to worry if you'll be treated right here, you know you'll be in good hands. My dad trusted them enough to send his daughter to them when she called with her first flat- you can too!

Wonderful experience! Had a flat this morning. Came here after being told Les Schwab might have a wait time. They were able to take the car in right away and fixed the flat, all within about 30min!
